La Scuola di Furio Holiday Home with Pool in Tuscany

Prispolone is the name of a small bird with remarkably loud voice, just the right name for the largest apartment in La Scuola di Furio (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!). Outside there is a beautiful garden corner, where you can relax in the shade of exotic palm trees, at the entrance there is a long corridor with a shoe rack and a comfortable sofa.

Two staircases take you to a landing with two doors: the one in front of you leads to the rooms on the first floor, the other one to the attic. By opening the door you are in the kitchen.

The ceiling of the kitchen has, like all the other rooms on this floor, classic exposed wooden beams and tiles. On your left, the wooden kitchen, a full kitchen in which to prepare meals, complete with everything you might need during your holidays in Tuscany. There are cutlery and crockery, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, gas hob with 4 burners, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, mocha and a fridge with freezer.

On your left there is a small table with 2 chairs where children can eat, in the center of the room there is a rectangular dining table with 8 chairs. On the wall in front of you there is a window overlooking the garden and, on the left, a buffet, a typical piece of furniture in Tuscan homes in which you will find other useful utensils for the kitchen.

Turn left and enter the sleeping area. On your left you find the bathroom. This bathroom has recently been completely refurbished. The descriptions of the bathrooms are boring and i’ll spare you, just know that now there are two sinks and a wall to wall shower (here you find the usual hairdryer and hair straightener). The rules for the renovation of the buildings in the Cerbaie Park have prevented us from opening a window in this bathroom, so I wanted it to be very bright!

Returning to the hallway, on the top of the wall in front of you there is a nice decoration, below there is a room divider covering a space for useful things that you don’t want to see every minute (such as cleaning accessories and containers for plastic, paper and glass for waste recycling).

On your left there is the first double bedroom, with a window, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a large print on the wall in front of the window. On your right there is the second double bedroom with two windows on two different walls, a wardrobe and a colorful chest of drawers.

Let’s go back to the stairs and climb two more ramps up to the attic. This part of the apartment is the kids’ favourite. They can have their private apartment here, 2 bedrooms and their bathroom without having parents around (and I suspect parents do think the same thing…). As soon as you climb the stairs on the right there is a passage leading to the bathroom. This passage hides a utility room, always on the right, while on the left there is an open shelf. The bathroom is small but there is everything, even a window overlooking the roof, hairdryer and hair straightener. Going back to the center, you see that on the right there is a space with carpets, two sofas, a small table and a window overlooking the roof. In the middle of the attic there is a space with a sofa bed under a skylight. On the left there are the two doors of two bedrooms. The first is right in front of you. It contains a single bed and a chest of drawers and has a window. The other room has two single beds, or a double bed, a coat stand, a dressing box and a window.

The apartment has both air conditioning and heating.

For our young guests, we remind you of our "baby kit", which is: crib with bed linens, baby bath, high chair, changing mats and child table set. On demand you will find everything in the apartment at no extra charge.

Prispolone is the apartment preferred by families who go on holiday together.
