Welcome to Pispolo, our charming one-bedroom, ground-floor, self-catering apartment nestled within the serene La Scuola di Furio Holiday Home with Pool in Tuscany. Outside, you'll find a tranquil garden, sheltered by papyrus and laurel plants, complete with a table and chairs. Inside, a cozy lounge awaits, featuring the authentic wooden beams ceilings typical of Tuscany.

This is how Pispolo (name inspired by a migratory sparrow that spends the winter in Tuscany, right around here) presents itself. The entrance door opens onto a room, which was originally the elementary classroom for the children of Torre, which is now a kitchen, dining room and living room.

The kitchen is a full kitchen in which to prepare meals, it has all the necessary amenities: cutlery and crockery, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove with 4 burners, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, moka and a refrigerator with freezer. The dining table is square, it can be stretched to rectangular and has 4 chairs. A 3-seater sofa and a comfortable armchair with table and lamp complete this room. In the small hallway leading to the bathroom and the bedroom there is a chest of drawers. A little door next to the fridge is a convenient storage room for the cleaning supplies and the separate collection containers. The bathroom has mosaic tiles, an open semicircular shower, hairdryer and hair straightener. The apartment has an air conditioning and heating system.

The master bedroom has 2 windows and a peculiar magenta niche. There is also a reading table with 2 comfortable green chairs.
